  • Is the designer able to work with my existing furniture pieces?

Absolutely! Keep as many or as few items as you like. You'll be able to upload photos of what you're keeping so that your designer may work with these items.

  • How do I book my appointment?

After purchasing your interior decor package, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your appointment.

  • What happens after I book an appointment?

Once you book a consultation for the interior decor package, you'll be prompted to complete a style questionnaire and provide additional information about your project and your style. We've designed the questionnaire as a fun interactive tool to gather all the input we need to make your appointment personalized and productive, so grab a cup of tea and tell us your story.

  • How long do I have to book my appointment after purchase?

Plenty of time! You may book your appointment up to six months after your purchase.

  • What do I need to prepare before the consultation?

After booking your appointment, you will be prompted to complete a comprehensive questionnaire that asks you about your style, project size, budget, current items in your home, etc. Pictures of your current space, floor plans, measurements, and inspirational images will also help your designer. Feel free to email any additional images or information to hello@moma.com prior to your appointment.

  • What should I expect from my initial consultation?

Your designer will come to the initial consultation with ideas and product recommendations. (That's why you should be sure to complete the design questionnaire; the more information you provide, the more productive your appointment will be.) You'll leave your initial consultation with a clear, actionable direction for any projects you're working on and a shopping list of items that will help you live your style.

  • What is the difference between a layout and a design concept?

A design concept is the overall look and feel of a space; many designers use mood boards to communicate their concept. The layout is more detailed, showing suggested furnishings and where they would be positioned in a room.

  • And what does a revision entail?

Revisions allow for tweaks of a layout—swapping out one sofa for another, for instance—rather than all-new layouts.
