Shipping Policy

For custom and pre-order items

Pre-order within 5-8 weeks. Some of our items may not be readily available and will therefore require a longer processing time. These items include bulky, heavy, or limited availability, and have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing fees. Please be aware that the estimated arrival time is listed on the item’s page.

For available in-stock items

Item will be delivered via our courier. For orders in other Emirates outside of Dubai and Abu Dhabi areas, please contact our Concierge & Customer Support at concierge@moma.com or +971-04-5899344 for delivery fee calculation.

Shipping Information

Our shipping fees cover the processing of your order, handling and packing your purchased items. Most items are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 5 (five) business days of when you order has left our warehouse.

Important Update to MOMA International Design delivery fees

Starting on 7th of July 2020, we will no longer offer “Free Delivery” on our furniture orders with no minimum purchase, and instead we have now set a minimum purchase of AED 1000 on our furniture orders for Dubai areas. Orders below minimum, shall incur delivery fee.

Delivery in Dubai

Standard delivery is AED 70 and takes 5 - 7 days. shipping is free if your shopping cart is AED 1000 and above.

Delivery in Abu Dhabi

Standard delivery is AED 200 and takes 5 - 7 days. shipping is free if your shopping cart is AED 1000 and above.

International Shipping

International shipping is available and can be quoted upon receiving the list of items you wish to purchase. Please email concierge@moma.com with your list so we can provide you with rates and shipping options depending on your location. we can co-ordinate air freight, sea freight and custom orders.

Orders outside Dubai & Abu Dhabi areas will be calculated based on the delivery fees and additional wooden box needed to protect the furniture.

These fees work together to help cover delivery costs and keep couriers on the road so your items can arrive quickly and reliably.

Return Information

We highly take pride on the quality of all our items. Thus, we ensure the satisfaction on the items you purchased through performing quality measurements before delivery. If for any reason you would like to return this item, please inform us by sending us an e-mail at concierge@moma.com within 14 business days of when item has been delivered to your desired location.
